Dashboard

The dashboard shows how Nametags is used across your organization. Every number is counted directly from your organization’s accounts, and it’s up to date each time you open the page.

Figure	What it counts
Total users	Everyone in your organization, meaning everyone who has signed in at least once.
Active, last 7 days	People who used Nametags in the last seven days. Using it means an app they’re signed in to actually talked to Nametags, not just that they’re still signed in.
Active, last 30 days	The same, over thirty days.
Signups, last 30 days	New people per day. Days run midnight to midnight UTC, so every admin sees the same chart wherever they are.
Users by group	How many people are in each group, with everyone not in a group counted under No group.
Nametag field usage	How many people have each field filled in: Logo, Name, Title, Company and Department. Use it to spot fields worth filling in for people, either from your identity provider or as a policy default.
